1. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items must:

• Be unused

• Be in their original condition

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos where possible.
We will offer a replacement or full refund.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.
Once dispatched, standard returns apply.
